There are NO application or administrative FEES. Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party company after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment. Payment of the security deposit (ranges from $300-$600) is required. We offer 12-month leases only.

Yes! Choose the “Application” link at the top of our website, follow the instructions to submit your online application. Next, choose the “Online Payments” link to submit your deposit. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your payment. There is a $1 service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
There is not a specific time period. Length of time is determined by the number of move out notices received each month, and when new residents want the units.

No, we do not provide security. We do have Resident Services Staff members available from 5pm to 7am.
No, we do not provide washers/dryers or W/D connections in any of our apartments. However, we do have 2 large laundry facilities on the property. Hours: 6am-11pm.
There are no assigned parking spaces. All parking is first come, first serve. All residents have parking decals that allow them to park in front of the buildings. We do have carports available for rent.
