What is the application process?
Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party company after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.
An Applicant(s) is required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease execution. A $300 to $500 security deposit is required depending on the floor plan.
What is included in the rent?
Monthly rent includes quarterly pest control, valet trash removal, all maintenance and all amenities.
What is your pet policy?
- 2 pets per apartment maximum
- Pet #1 Fee $200 (non-refundable)
- Pet #2 Fee $200 (non-refundable)
- MONTHLY PET RENT – $20 per pet for the duration of the pet’s residency.
Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.
Can I apply online?
Yes! Choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info select the option of “ready to apply to the future resident waitlist”. Please read the future resident application instructions and click “apply now”.
Here you will find a list of floor plans within our community, select “join waitlist” on the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
How long does it take to secure an apartment after I go on the Future Residents List?
There is not a specific time period. Length of time is determined by, the number of move out notices received each month, and when new residents want the units.

Are you a gated community?
No, but we do have a 24-Hour monitored entrance.
Do your apartments have washer/dryer connections?
No, we do not have washer/dryer connections in our apartments. We have 5 onsite laundry facilities for our residents.
Do you have assigned parking spots?
There are no assigned parking spaces. All parking is first come, first serve. All residents have parking decals that allow them to park in front of the buildings. We do have carports available for rent.
Who is your cable TV / Internet Service provider?
Spectrum Select Cable TV is our exclusive provider of Cable TV and Internet Service.
Do you have security?
No, we do not provide security services. However, Resident Services Staff members are available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM to assist residents and address after-hours community concerns. Our on-site management and maintenance teams also work to help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
